Equipment rental Akron NY starts with A&D — founded by contractors who were tired of overpriced, unreliable rental yards. We built the rental company we always wished existed.

A&D Equipment & Tool Rentals was started in Akron, NY by two guys who spent years on job sites renting equipment from places that didn’t care whether you got the right machine or got it on time.
We started with a handful of machines and a simple promise: show up with clean, well-maintained equipment, charge fair rates, and treat every customer like a neighbor — because most of them are.
Today we operate out of 12320 Meahl Rd in Akron and serve contractors, landscapers, homeowners, and businesses across Western New York. Every piece of equipment in our fleet is maintained to job-site-ready standards before every rental.
What started as a handful of machines has grown into a fleet of over 100 pieces of equipment — from mini excavators and skid steers to power tools, air tools, and heating equipment. But the promise hasn’t changed: every machine that leaves our yard is inspected and job-site ready, every rate is posted upfront with no hidden fees, and every customer gets treated like the neighbor they probably are. That’s what equipment rental Akron NY should feel like — straightforward, honest, and built around getting you back to work.
Every machine in our fleet is inspected and serviced before it ever leaves our yard, so you're not the one discovering a problem halfway through your job. No surprises on the job site, no wasted rental days.
We post our day, weekend, week, and monthly rates upfront for every piece of equipment. No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch pricing once you show up to pick it up.
We've worked Western New York job sites ourselves, so we know the terrain, the weather swings, and the local regulations that matter. We'll help you pick the right machine the first time, not just whatever's sitting closest to the door.
